- Skal gjennom høyringsuttaler, innspel til kommunale planar og eigne initiativ fungera som innbyggjarane i Tørvikbygd sitt talerøyr opp mot Kvam herad spesielt og også i møte med andre offentlige instansar. Skal arbeida for tivselstiltak i bygda, og gjerne i samarbeid med andre lag og organisasjonar.
