- FYF er en frivillig forening som først og fremst jobber for å gjennomføre en årlig yogafestival i Fredrikstad. Vi ønsker at festivalen er å bli et samlende element for hele yogamiljøet, utøvere som lærere. Festivalen skal synliggjøre yoga for publikum og jobbe for å bygge et godt miljø for de som underviser og utøver yoga i distriktet.
