- Skal ivareta fellesinteressene for hytteeiere på «Kåtorpknausen». Skal holde adkomstveien «Kåtorpknausen» (1870 Ørje) i god kjørbar stand og kreve inn kontingent til dette. I tillegg vil velforeningen i samarbeid med grunneier se til at andre fellesarealer holdes i god hevd og for øvrig ta opp de saker som hytteeierne i felleskap ser seg tjent med.
