- Sogn Fartsfykarlaug sitt føremål er å tilrettelegge og drive opplæring i luftsporten "speedriding" for lauget's medlemmer. Lauget driv aktiviteten organisert gjennom Norges idrettsforbund og olympiske og paralympiske komité (NIF), Noregs Luftsportsforbund, Hang- og Paragliderseksjonen.
