- Ivaretar hundens og hundeeiers interesser i kommunen. Ønsker å bidra til positive aktiviteter med hund. Herunder sosialisering av hunder, psykiske og fysiske helsegevinster av hundehold for barn, unge, voksne og eldre. Skal også hjelpe til for at medlemmer kan jobbe med utstilling, lydighet, agility, terapi mm. Skal fremme et ansvarlig hundehold i lokalmiljøet.
