- Stiftelsens formål er gjennom utdeling av stipend å stimulere ungdom i Rogaland, Hordaland og Agder fylkene til å utvikle sine talent og interesser, som bidrar til å sikre at landsdelen tilføres kreativitet, skaperevne og kompetanse på alle områder i samfunns- og næringslivet. Stiftelsen vil samle inn og motta bidrag, samt administrere og kontrollere utdeling og fordeling av de midler som stiftelsen mottar.
