- Bidra til at Norge begrenser sine klimagassutslipp i den grad at Norge bidrar til det globale målet om å begrense global temperaturøkning til 1.5 grader målt opp mot førindustrielt nivå. Formålet skal oppnås gjennom å organisere og sette til live Norges historiens største markering, "Klimabrølet". Dette er en markering av alvoret i klimaendringene, og en støtte til omfattende, nasjonale klimatiltak.
