- Skal årlig arrangere en internasjonal litteraturfestival i Bergen for sakprosa og skjønnlitteratur. På festivalen vil publikum møte norske og internasjonale forfattere. Det vil arrangeres forfattermøter, debatter, dans og lignende arrangementer. Festivalen skal følgelig skape en møteplass for norske og internasjonale forfattere og publikum. Stiftelsen vil selge billetter til festivalen.
