- Toppen gård er en grønn omsorgsgård som tar imot brukere. Gården bruker hester og andre gårdsdyr til motivasjon og til å forenkle hverdagen for flere sårbare mennesker. Vi driver også med hage til mage prinsippet, et prinsipp som handler om at vi dyrker grønnsaker, frukt, bær og det naturen gir. Våre brukere i dag er ensomme sårbare som gjerne er relatert til rus samt lavterskel familier.
