- Fremme seniordans i området. Seniordansen har ingen aldersgrenser. Gjennom sin virksomhet gi medlemmene opplæring i et utvalg danser i et positivt læringsmiljø hvor trivsel og mestring står i fokus. I tillegg skal en spre kunnskap om seniordansens helsefremmende virkning.
