- Ludvigs parsellhage vil bli en grønn møteplass i gangavstand til Alvdal sentrum, og vil bidra ytterligere til et etablert sosialt miljø i og rundt frivilligsentralen. Parsellhagen vil gi enkeltpersoner, lokallag, skoler, barnehager mm. muligheten til å produsere egne vekster og bli del av et miljø med andre hageinteresserte. Dette vil bli et sted for kunnskapsutveksling og mestring. Hagen skal kunne benyttes av alle uavhengig av alder, legning, etnisitet, fysisk- og psykisk funksjonsevne.
