- LMH sin hovedoppgave er å leie ut arbeidskraft til medlemmene. Skaffe avløsning slik at medlemmene kan ta regelmessig fritid og sikkerhet for sykeavløsning. LMH skal tilby arbeidskraft, administrere samarbeidstiltak og kunne tilby andre landbruksrelaterte tjenester.
