- Å støtte bestående arbeidsplasser og bosetting, samt etablere nye innen jordbruk, småindustri, m.v. utenfor regulert område i Levanger kommune, fortrinnsvis i tidligere Frol kommune. Stiftelsen skal også kunne gi støtte til utdannelse til ungdom som vil skaffe seg en arbeidsplass i kommunen og bosette seg der.
