- Har til formål å benytte avkastningen av sitt fond for å tilgodese Vestre Moland kirke, Lillesand. Midlene skal brukes til å fremme Guds ord i menigheten, - og til ekstra utsmykking og forskjønnelse av kirken og kirkegården. Stiftelsen skal bære omkostninger ved fremtidig stell og vedlikehold av gravstedet til Tore Benjaminsen og hustru Astrid Benjaminsen.
