- Organisasjonens formål og visjon er å formidle ungdomskultur til Bergen bys unge, gjennom geografisk, sjangermessig og sosial utvidelse av kulturtilbudet. Arrangørgruppen Monitor er en frivillig ungdomsdrevet forening som arrangerer konserter og holder kurs for ungdom.
