- Videreformidle kunnskap om knivmaking, dette gjøres gjennom å holde kurs i knivmaking og ha ukentlige samlinger av medlemmene med formål å arbeide med kniv. Laget stiller stands på arrangementer for å informere om laget. For å få inspirasjon deltar laget også på utstillinger og større samlinger av knivmakere.
