- Friends of Nordic Light International Centre of Photography (Friends of NLICP) er en frivillig organisasjon som blir styrt av medlemmer. Friends of NLICP er tilknyttet Nordic Light Events AS og identifiserer seg med Nordic Light Events AS’ formål og aktiviteter. Disse formål og aktiviteter er sentrale i Friends of NLICPs virksomhet. Virksomheten til Friends of NLICP utøves hovedsakelig i Kristiansund men i enkelte tilfeller kan aktivitetene finne sted utenfor Kristiansund.
