- Uggdal Bygdalag har som føremål å gjere bygda til ein positiv plass å bu, og få folk til å engasjere seg mot felles mål. Bygdalaget skal vera eit samlande talerøyr i dialog med politikarar, kommunen og andre overordna innstansar. Bygdalaget kan samarbeida med andre eksisterande lag i bygda når det er ynskjeleg.Eit slikt samarbeid er t.d. tilstellingar som skal haldast, eller det kan vera samarbeid relatert til meir praktiske oppgåver som skal løysast i bygda. Motto for Bygdalaget: Ta ansvar for eigen trivsel.
